Defendants named herein, who are willfully & knowingly selling ‘look-a-like’ FireOnIce® Patented products, or who have willfully mis-used the FireOnIce® registered Trademark, or have published FireOnIce® material protected by registrations with the Library of Congress against US Federal Copyright laws; all without express written consent of FireOnIce®, its holding company(s), or its shareholders, are hereby ordered to CEASE & DESIST further business.
